Uncontested Divorces in Pennsylvania

Many of our immigration clients wish to obtain an uncontested divorce where both spouses are in agreement regarding division of property and finances. In these instances, we are able to obtain reasonably swift divorces (approximately 3 ½ months) without having to make personal court appearances. It is fairly easy and inexpensive to obtain uncontested divorces in the State of Pennsylvania.

Child Custody Orders, particularly in the SIJS context

The Special Immigrant Juvenile program permits foreign children in the United States who have been abused, abandoned, or neglected and who are unable to reunite with one or both parents to obtain a green card. Children who obtain a green card through the SIJ program, can live and work permanently in the United States.
